I am Terry Carroll, the owner/inspector of Palm Coast Inspection Services, Inc. My wife and I came to Fort Myers in January of 2006. We have been married 27 years and have 5 daughters and 9 grandchildren. We are originally from the suburbs of Chicago where I was in the remodeling business for 35 years. Over the years I have been involved in all aspects of the construction process and have hands on experience in almost every area of home construction. This made for an easy transition into the home inspection business. In remodeling I would diagnose the problems and then have to fix them. Now I help home buyers find the problems and refer other qualified professionals to do the repairs. My goal is help you find the areas of concern before you buy your home, so you can make the best decision for you and your family.
